Shipping and Delivery Policy
- Shipping Within South Africa:
- Free Delivery on all orders over R750 in value, inclusive of discounts and coupons.
- This will be applied automatically on checkout. No code required.
- Orders under R750 in value, inclusive of discounts and coupons, will incur a flat rate shipping charge of R110.
- This will be applied automatically on checkout.
- These terms are valid for all orders within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
- Shipping Outside South Africa:
- We currently do not ship to customers outside the borders of South Africa.
- Delivery Times:
- Orders received and paid for before 11h00, Monday-Friday, will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders received after 11h00 will be dispatched the following working day. Orders received after 11h00 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
- All orders dispatched via courier on a door-to-door service.
- Please ensure that you provide your full delivery address (incl. postal code) and mobile number when ordering for timely delivery.
- Deliveries to major centres take between 1-3 working days.
- Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer, up to 5 days.
- Courier tracking information will be made available to you to help you track your order.
- Proof of Delivery:
- You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
